Select stabilization candidates
Inputs: a public reference entry, a homolog, a goal and constraints. Outputs: single substitutions with rationales, separate predictions and source files. Additional combination and primer designs are supplied for review.
The laboratory establishes actual effects, activity and construct functionality. The service does not manufacture proteins or perform mutagenesis.
Analyze the first experimental series
WT and selected variants, comparable conditions and separate activity. The beta provides a table, CSV import, means, SD, differences from WT and repeat-test candidates. Measurements stay in the browser; transfer JSON manually.
Plan pH measurements
Range, step, replicates and conditions → table → measurements → curve and observed maximum. The current version does not calculate a new pH optimum, automatically choose buffers or provide a laboratory protocol.
Prepare for a joint pilot
- Protein, organism and actual construct.
- Goal, application conditions and success criterion.
- Stability assay and a separate activity check.
- Allowed variant count and laboratory-series budget.
- Rules for handling confidential data.
