Subtilisin and thermitase: two predictions, evidence, filters, combinations and primer designs.
Open example ↗Start with a public example without registration. Explore a calculation, create a plan and analyze illustrative measurements before discussing an order.
Subtilisin and thermitase: two predictions, evidence, filters, combinations and primer designs.
Open example ↗Illustrative data: +5 °C and 91% activity for one variant. These fictional numbers test the table.
Explore DEMO series ↗An illustrative pH 4–9 series with three replicates per point. Inspect SD and the maximum, then try CSV.
Explore pH ↗Select a substitution, inspect its 3D position and both predictions. Try Cartoon, Surface and Sticks. Open Evidence and save the report.
Return to the example, select two candidates and choose Create experiment series. Check that the table includes WT and three replicates per sample.
Import the illustrative CSV into the DEMO series. Download JSON, open the workspace in another browser and restore the series. Means and differences from WT should remain the same.
For a server calculation, use a public entry of up to 1,000 residues and a suitable homolog. The limit is five new calculations per hour per address. Donor search checks a limited entry set, not all proteins.
You understand data provenance, see disagreements, create a series and reopen it from JSON. This tests usability and reproducibility. A separate experimental pilot assesses scientific value for your enzyme.
DEMO-measurements are stored separately from your working series. They are not experimental results and do not train the model.
