Run calculations, enter measurements, import CSV and transfer a series with JSON. Research beta limitations.
Getting started
Start on the «Try it” page. Worked examples open without a new server calculation. For a new job, enter the reference and homolog UniProt accessions and select Calculate. Open the completed result using its job link.
The shared VPS supports proteins up to 1,000 residues, five new jobs per hour per IP and five active jobs in the shared queue. One worker handles one job at a time. The result shows the second predictor’s status.
Laboratory series
Select substitutions in Candidates and choose Create experiment series. The table includes WT and three replicates. Define conditions and an endpoint; enter stability and activity separately.
CSV series: sample,replicate,value,activity. For pH: ph,replicate,value. Replicate numbers and samples must match the plan. Exported CSV conditions are checked on reimport. Files may be up to 300 KB, with commas or semicolons as delimiters. Decimal commas are supported with a semicolon delimiter or quoted numbers.
Save and transfer JSON
Measurements save automatically to this browser’s localStorage when permitted. Clearing site data or using another profile removes access to that local series. Download JSON for a backup.
In another browser, choose Restore series · JSON; for pH, open its tab first. The file can contain a single series or an archive. Select a series in the preview and restore it. The current series moves to the local archive of the last ten series. Summaries are recalculated from measurements.
This is manual transfer, without a shared account or background synchronization. Illustrative DEMO series are stored separately.
Common issues
CSV did not import
Check headers, units, conditions, samples and replicates. Create a matching plan before CSV import. Blanks are allowed; unknown and duplicate rows are rejected. Use JSON to restore a complete plan.
Second prediction missing
Inspect source statuses in the result. Memory limits, missing structures or predictor failures do not confirm the first channel. On a small shared VPS, the second channel may be unavailable for some proteins.
A calculation link stopped working
The server retains up to 100 completed results; older links stop working when displaced. Save reports and required files. This limit does not affect CSV/JSON already downloaded to your device.
