Data and operations

This consent excludes medical data, identifiable human genetic data, publication of my profile and advertising messages. Optional notes may be left blank. Card credentials are processed by the payment provider on its own systems.

• Phone number for a one-time SMS code; email if the legacy email sign-in method is used; project and measurement data I save; Telegram ID and messages when I separately contact an enabled bot.
• Technical session and request identifiers, consent time and version. IP is processed for security; its hash is used to rate-limit code requests.
• Automated collection, recording, storage, correction, retrieval, use, access restriction and deletion; manual handling of requests by the operator.

Duration and withdrawal

Consent lasts until the stated purposes end, the account is deleted or consent is withdrawn. Withdrawal uses the verified operator contact in the details section. After withdrawal, processing requires another lawful basis; deletion requirements follow Law 152-FZ.

The free account form requests a phone number and two separate confirmations: this consent and the user agreement. Viewing this document or selecting “Understood” in the technical storage notice does not constitute this consent.

Consent is separate from the user agreement and offer. The server retains the confirmed text, version and action time so that consent can be verified.
