OLIGOPLAN · TERMS AND DATA
User agreement
Version 2026-10-05.1
Rules for Oligoplan free research features and personal accounts.
Service scope
Oligoplan helps compare public proteins, generate computational stabilisation hypotheses, plan experiment series and analyse supplied measurements. Each mode's availability is stated in the interface. Demonstration values are labelled and do not replace your experimental results.
Using a free feature accepts these rules for that use. Personal data consent is requested separately where applicable. Paid features have separate terms.
Your task and access
- Check protein IDs, residue numbering, starting amino acids and measurement conditions. Incorrect inputs change the meaning of results.
- Use public or publication-approved data in the anonymous beta. Do not upload patient information, personal genetic data or third-party trade secrets.
- A sign-in code and private order link provide access to your work. Keep them private. Archiving retains a project; exporting creates a separate copy for you.
- Do not bypass access or request limits or interfere with the service or other users' data.
Results, changes and rights
Results are research planning material. Experimental verification, laboratory safety and application decisions remain separate steps. Scientific limitations are described separately.
The beta may change; export important data. Rights to user-supplied materials remain with their rights holders. The service uses them for the selected feature and receives no permission to publish them or train models on them.
These rules do not remove mandatory user rights or statutory liability. Applicable relationships use Russian law. Rule changes receive a new date; the terms of an existing order remain recorded with it.
