Provider and document status
The provider offers an automated computational service under these terms. The contract is formed when payment for a specific order is confirmed. Before paying, the user sees the price, parameters and a summary of the completed result.

Order scope and price
The service is an automatic calculation for the specified proteins and a digital deliverable: a report and files available in the selected mode. The mode, inputs, contents, ruble price and terms edition are fixed before payment. Laboratory experiments, specialist consultation, synthesis and guaranteed protein or activity improvement are outside its scope.
The self-employed provider supplies their own computational service. Purchases are not subscriptions and there are no automatic recurring charges. Available products must match the application's capabilities.
The launch enzyme stabilization price is RUB 990 per protein pair and parameter set. Reopening and downloading a purchased result is free within its retention period. Changed inputs or parameters create a new order. Prepared examples are free without sign-in; other experimental modes are free in accounts during the beta within service limits.
Calculation, payment and delivery
- The user signs in, supplies inputs and creates an order with separate terms acceptance and data processing consent.
- The service calculates first. Payment is unavailable if calculation fails or the result is not ready. The status shows queuing and processing; no fixed delivery time in days has yet been approved or sold.
- After a successful calculation, the user sees a short result summary and price. Payment takes place on YooKassa's secure page. The contract forms when payment is confirmed; creating a draft order is not payment.
- After provider confirmation, the service opens the completed report and files on the order page and in the owner’s account. Returning from the bank alone does not confirm payment.
- The provider manually generates an NPD receipt in My Tax upon payment, delivers it to the buyer and attaches its link to the order. Automatic receipt generation is not yet connected. Business buyers provide their name and taxpayer ID.
Quality and changes
A prediction does not guarantee a positive laboratory outcome. A zero-candidate shortlist may be a valid computational result; its summary is shown before payment. Limitations do not excuse failure to provide the paid deliverables or fix technical defects.
New prices or terms do not alter an existing order. Cancellation, defects and refunds follow the refunds page and applicable law. These terms do not waive mandatory consumer rights.
