Payments, cancellation and refunds

Before and after payment

The calculation is checked free before payment. An order with a calculation error cannot proceed to payment. An unpaid order can be abandoned without a charge. Payment methods are those enabled by YooKassa for the shop at payment time.

Payment is confirmed by a server-side YooKassa status check. Do not repeat payment while it is being checked. Save questions on the order page; the operator’s response appears there. Support: Telegram @alexandr_ko, phone +7 987 542-85-93.

Errors, defects or cancellation

If payment is confirmed but the promised result is missing, provide the order ID and problem description. The provider checks access and deliverables; if the paid result cannot be supplied, a full refund is due. A duplicate confirmed payment is checked and the excess amount refunded.

Statutory remedies remain available for defects. In consumer relationships, the right to cancel is preserved; only actual, substantiated expenses related to the particular contract may be considered. There is no fixed cancellation penalty or blanket “digital results are non-refundable” condition.

For organisations or professional research, applicable rules depend on the order's purpose and contract. These terms do not reduce mandatory rights where consumer protection law applies.

Request and refund processing

Provide the order ID, a contact you can access, the circumstances and requested remedy. Do not supply card security codes or passwords. Response and remedy deadlines depend on the grounds and law; bank posting may take additional time. Reviewing a request does not replace a statutory remedy deadline.

Refunds are initiated through the payment provider to the original method where technically possible; any other lawful method is agreed separately. Refund status is recorded with the order. The NPD receipt is corrected as required.
