Raw measurements and processed results from human fibroblasts. Compare senescent and comparable non-senescent cultures, normalize by cell count and keep secretion and energy readouts separate.
Cancer cell models
Treatment response, growth-rate correction, comparison with a suitable nonmalignant model, time courses, division and death events, and compound combinations. Input must match the selected mode.
A reproducible report
Table and study-context checks, plots, numeric summaries and flags for incompatible conditions or missing measurements. Download HTML, CSV or an archive containing inputs, calculation code and checksums.

CellFate is currently free. Examples work without registration; sign in to the shared account to calculate your own tables. CellFate “My projects” is a browser-local library, currently without account synchronization.
