One policy for oligoplan.ru, its application, accounts and orders. The data processed depend on the feature used.
Operator and scope
The operator determines the purposes and methods of processing in Oligoplan. This policy covers visitors, account users, customers and their representatives. The service supports protein research, rather than medical records or identifiable human genetic data.

Processing and safeguards
Processing includes automated collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, access restriction and deletion; the operator may handle requests manually. Data are not sold or published as an open user profile.
Browser-to-site traffic uses HTTPS. Sign-in codes last 10 minutes and attempts are limited; sessions and projects are checked for ownership. Models are not automatically trained on customer data.
Anonymous beta calculations can be opened using a task ID. This link is not a substitute for a private account. Only use public data or data approved for publication in this mode. Private accounts use a separate access mechanism.
Providers and external sources
Accounts and projects are stored on an IHC VPS. The operator confirms that databases and backups are physically located in Russia. This is the operator’s statement; separate provider confirmation of the data centre is not included in this published packet.
Once sales open, YooKassa processes payments under its own terms. Oligoplan receives payment IDs, amounts and status, without card numbers or security codes. SMS Aero is selected for sign-in: once connected, it receives the phone number and one-time code message. The SMS provider login is not a public operator email.
Scientific calculations request public protein IDs from UniProt, AlphaFold DB and other named scientific sources. User emails and payment details are not included in those requests. External links, including Telegram, are governed by the destination service's rules.
The @oligoplan_bot bot processes commands and Telegram IDs to reply through an authenticated webhook. The protection log retains update IDs for 24 hours; the owner chat is retained after connection. Request intake is enabled separately: /agree records consent and Telegram ID, while request text and replies are retained for up to 30 days, with cleanup on the next incoming message. The operator checks the queue manually. Introductory commands are not saved as requests. Telegram also processes data under its own rules.
Retention and ending processing
A sign-in session lasts up to 14 days unless the user signs out earlier. A code expires after 10 minutes; older code requests are cleaned up on subsequent requests. Projects and series remain on the server until deletion; archiving a project does not delete it.
The operator has approved a planned retention period for projects and measurements: five years from creation; a new verified payment extends retention to five years from the last payment. Verified user requests allow earlier deletion, except where records have a separate legal basis for retention.
Scheduled cleanup under the approved period and verification of backup deletion are still being implemented. In this beta, deletion is handled on request to @alexandr_ko after account ownership verification. A complete account deletion button is not yet available.
When a purpose ends or consent is withdrawn, processing stops and data are deleted where and within the periods required by law. Data needed by law or to perform an existing contract may be retained on those grounds. Browser storage is covered separately in the cookie policy.
Your rights and requests
You may request processing information, correction, restriction or deletion, withdraw consent and challenge processing with Roskomnadzor or a court. Contact the operator on Telegram @alexandr_ko or by phone +7 987 542-85-93. Do not share one-time codes or secret keys when contacting support.
To protect accounts, the operator verifies the requester's connection to the data without asking for excessive information. Do not send passwords, full card details or medical information in messages. Responses and necessary actions follow the deadlines established by Law 152-FZ.
