How payment works
- Sign in and enter your proteins and parameters.
- Review the price and scope. Start the calculation without being charged.
- After success, review the preview, including the number of candidates.
- If you want the full result, select “Pay and open result” and confirm payment with YooKassa.
- Once payment is verified, the full report and files open in your account.
Failed calculations cannot be paid for. A zero-candidate result is disclosed before payment. Changing proteins or parameters creates a new order; your previous purchased result remains accessible.
Free features
Prepared examples require no sign-in. Structure comparison, variant context, protein collections, PAE and donor search are free experimental account modes during the beta, within service limits. WT and pH measurement analysis is also free.
Terms
No subscription, wallet or automatic recurring charges. Laboratory validation, expert consultation and guaranteed protein improvement are not included.
The seller manually issues a professional income tax receipt through “My Tax” and attaches it to the order. Your phone is used to sign in; the order email is used for purchase-related communication.
