Include the mode, browser and error message. Do not send confidential tables in your first message; a minimal de-identified example is sufficient.
Move from the local version
At the old address, open My projects and export the project to JSON. On the website, open the same mode and load that JSON. Verify the data before deleting the old copy.
Sign-in and payment
The shared account uses the existing SMS sign-in. Open it in a new tab, sign in and return to your table. CellFate currently makes no charges. A Foldiff result payment applies only to the protein product.
